I am a late diagnosed AuDHD woman. I have not lived the most successful life and found myself in the middle of an identity crisis a little over a year ago.
I decided I’d had enough and I began seeking answers and started a healing journey. I had an idea for a podcast, I won a scholarship to go back to school, so I am in school for broadcast media learning to podcast.
I found answers in the most curious of places and I am inviting you on this journey with me to lead by example and spread the knowledge I have gained this past year because I truly believe it can save, and change, lives, and it is not being talked about. Join me, it will be fun; and we are in this together.
